Diane graduated from the Natural health institute in Santa Cruz, California in 1987 instructed by Samuel Schoonover, who trained from Jack Painter, the founder of Postural Integration . After graduating Diane assisted Samuel in teaching his classes in 1988 while starting her own practice.

In 1990 she moved to Santa Fe and continued her private practice which grew to include psychotherapists, chiropractors, dance teachers, Pilates instructors, Rolfers, and elite level athletes. Diane moved to Seattle five years ago and graduated from Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts in 2009 and received her Washington State Massage Practitioners license. She currently works with Dr. Shao Hao Cheng at Active Spines Chiropractic.
